WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Join the Eden executive team and oversee all operations including external client and service partner operations as well as internal people operations
  • Strategic design and implementation/execution of business processes, plans and procedures to enhance Eden’s operations
  • Manage Ops KPIs across the organization
  • Experiment and optimize on our current ops process, learning from mistakes along the way to derive process improvements across the organization
  • Mentor Eden employees on ops methodologies and furthering employee development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering and Customer Experience teams to optimize quality of service to our customers
  • Efficiently scale our business to expand into new markets worldwide
  • Oversee the happiness of Eden clients and service partners
  • Lead the strategy and growth of the organization's human resource, recruiting, and workplace services function and performance
  • Partner with company leadership to facilitate the reinforcement, embodiment, and evolution of our cultural values through all people practices and processes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • B.A. or B.S. strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of customer-facing work experience
  • Demonstrate extremely high emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Strong management skills
  • Deep understanding of operational metrics
  • Analytical and quantitative and used to making decisions based on metrics
  • Passionate about process improvements, and able to see those through to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team
  • Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills
