  • Manage customer relationships and operations for Brazil, including daily interface with senior operations professionals
  • Support with growth throughout São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, including sourcing and onboarding new clients and service partners
  • Manage process, vendors, and outcomes to grow Eden’s enterprise level customer relationships
  • Guide outcomes for facilities related projects and drive quality assurance processes
  • Troubleshoot client and vendor issues in a timely manner with a positive attitude
  • Think critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations
  • Customize process to seamlessly onboard new and future customers
  • Advocate customer needs internally to continuously improve the customer experience through product and process
  • Visit customer offices often to provide creative solutions that meet (and exceed) their needs and deepen customer engagement


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work experience or 2+ years working in a facilities or office management capacity
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Demonstrate extremely high emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team
  • Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills

  • Can be based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
