  • Work directly with Director of Growth on various critical strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive all pieces of the email demand generation initiative at Eden, from strategy to execution
  • Take an analytical approach to A/B testing and turn insights into an actionable plan
  • Monitor daily email performance, identify trends, and define opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with the sales teams to understand their needs and challenges (and those of our prospects), ultimately to attract and identify ideal-fit customers, improve lead quality and support revenue goals


  • College degree from a 4-year university ideally with a quantitative or analytical focus
  • Preferred 2+ years of analytical / more quantitative marketing experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and highly creative
  • Motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys solving problems and finding areas of improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Excellent time management / organizational skills
