Strategic Sales Executive - Outbound Sales
During your day as a Strategic Sales Manager you will:
- Implement sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue/profit goals aligned with e-Core's IT services expansion strategy;
- Grow businesses with new and existing key customers maintaining long term relationships with accounts and maximizing cross-sales opportunities;
- Develop in-depth understanding of the client’s business, strategy, goals, pain points, challenges, market and value chain to drive customer-centric opportunities within key accounts;
- Position e-Core as a business partner to address client goals within Digital, Business & Technology transformation areas, leveraging a consultative and value-driven selling approach;
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, maximizing cross-sales opportunities and driving revenue growth for a leading technology services provider;
- Apply consultative and value-driven sales strategies to position the company as a trusted business partner for clients seeking digital, business, and technology transformation solutions, resulting in the consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals;
- To demonstrate expertise in IT services, including cloud-enabled application development and migration, software delivery and value stream management, and DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), to effectively identify and address client pain points and deliver customized solutions to meet their unique business needs.
As a Strategic Sales Executive must:
- Live near White Plains;
- Have strong executive presence and C-level/top-management relationship building skills that resulted in strong sales results from existing networks;
- Have 5+ years of experience in Outbound Sales for IT services companies;
- Previous practical experience and/or knowledge of customer pain points and solutions primarily in one or more areas such as:
- Atlassian Solutions;
- Cloud-enabled applications development and migration and support services;
- AWS, Google Cloud partnership and Application Development experiences;
- Digital Operations: automating processes, ITSM and ESM;
- Software delivery focused on customer experience;
- AI Solutions such as Machine Learning or Data & Analytics;
- Empathetic and customer-centric attitude with great ability to listen, extract information and understand customer business pain points and share e-Core’s perspective;
- Familiar with CRM platforms and best practices to manage sales deals/opportunities.
