Partnerships Administrator – Indirect Sales Team
Office based - Dubai

Ebury is seeking a proactive and efficient Partnerships Administrator to provide essential support to our Indirect Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations through timely updates and communication related to whitelabel staff and training, as well as conducting website reviews to maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Whitelabel Staff Updates:
- Maintain and update the whitelabel employee list regularly.
- Ensure accurate records of all whitelabel employees are kept.
Sana Training Updates:
- Coordinate and manage training schedules for whitelabel employees.
- Distribute training materials to all relevant whitelabel staff, ensuring they receive necessary information and training updates.
- Track training completion and report on the participation levels of whitelabel employees.
Website Reviews:
- Conduct regular reviews of partner websites to ensure they align with Ebury’s expectations and standards.
- Liaise with partners to address any concerns regarding website content and compliance.
Other admin:
- Ensuring that partners have received up to date guidance from Ebury on best practices.
- Validate that partners are recording calls by requesting recordings on a periodic basis and confirming the partners provide valid calls.
- Liaising with Compliance Monitoring to track any partners that have outstanding compliance issues or audit findings.
- Complete periodic data quality reviews on partner-related data and liaise with other team members to ensure that data is accurate and complete.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
