We are seeking a motivated and analytical Product Team Intern to join our dynamic team at a leading Brazilian FX bank. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the FX business, working on various aspects of product development, market analysis, and operations. As an intern, you will play an active role in supporting our team with daily tasks, helping to improve our FX products and services, and contributing to key projects across multiple departments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the product team with data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. This will involve working with internal systems and external market data. 
  • Product Support: Assist in the ongoing development and enhancement of FX products, including gathering feedback, preparing product documentation, and tracking performance metrics. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with different departments, such as Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, to ensure smooth product implementation and alignment with business goals. 
  • Process Improvement: Participate in projects that streamline and optimize internal processes, improving efficiency across the FX product lifecycle. 
  • Learning & Development: Be open to learning new tools, methodologies, and systems related to FX trading, product management, and banking operations.
  • Support Ad Hoc Tasks: Flexibility to assist in various administrative and operational tasks as needed, supporting the broader goals of the Product Team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical mindset, with an ability to work with data and generate insights. 
  • Proactive & Eager to Learn: Enthusiastic about learning and taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus). 
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and adapt to a variety of tasks. 
  • Detail-Oriented: Focused and precise when handling tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: A flexible approach to problem-solving, with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
