Marketing Executive (Australia & New Zealand)
Work Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home - North Sydney Office
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Ebury, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our financial services. You will work closely with the marketing team and assist in various marketing activities to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Events Management
- Coordinate the setup for trade shows, partner events, exhibits, and corporate hospitality
- Manage logistics and events tracking (incl. forms and landing pages)
Public Relations (PR)
- Manage relationship with any local PR agency
- Ensure integration of market analysts' work into local PR activities
Content Creation
- Instigate local content initiatives with the sales and dealing team
- Review and provide feedback on global content
Brand Management:
- Act as the local brand guardian
- Ensure compliance with design guidelines for all collateral
- Manage minor design projects using Canva
- Work with global design team on required collateral
Digital Marketing:
- Supervise updates to the local website (Aus & NZ)
- Maintain Australian LinkedIn presence with PR coverage, events, and employer branding
- Manage targeted communications utilising Australian Salesforce database for cross-selling, upselling, and event-related activities
- Assist with market updates and ensure timely dissemination
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services marketing or a similar industry with project management skills
- Prefer candidates who have not held junior roles in larger corporations (e.g., Commonwealth Bank); ideally, seek individuals with experience in another fintech or mid-sized company. This role at Ebury requires adaptability and independence, qualities which are often nurtured in less structured environments, making an isolated (from the rest of the global marketing team) office setting more manageable.

- Accepting occasionally non-standard hours - early morning/late night calls
- Travel interstate and occasionally internationally.
- Business fluent in English with full working rights in Australia
