Tasks

  • Lead the commercial sales process in the DACH region from prospecting to closing of the deal
  • Reach out to potential customers together with the respective Business Development colleague of the defined focus industry
  • Negotiate contracts with different stakeholders of medium sized businesses as well as enterprises
  • Develop scalable processes within the team to drive Sales Excellence
  • Keep all customer information, notes, and documents up-to-date in Salesforce and provide accurate and timely report

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales and/or start-up experience
  • Ability to build and maintain deep relationships with customers
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • A natural networker and friendly
  • A success oriented multitasker with high motivation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a talented team
  • Be able to prioritize and take initiative
  • Excellent in German and English
