As a Senior Strategy Analyst, your mission will be to tackle complex business challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations that shape EBANX’s growth. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, optimizing operations, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels to ensure our long-term success in emerging markets.

You will also be responsible for:

Solving strategic business challenges, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing operations to improve performance.
Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Developing business cases and driving key initiatives that enhance our market positioning and revenue growth.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Operations) to align strategies and execute solutions.
Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Main requirements for this position:

Experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, or strategic roles within high-growth companies (fintech, payments, e-commerce, or tech startups).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Experience in B2B strategy, particularly in digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce, is a plus.
Cross-functional collaboration experience, with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of delivering complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
Fluent English
