As Merchant Performance Sr Analyst, your mission will be proactively monitor and provide the best performance for the merchant.

You will also be responsible for:

Monitoring KPIs, such as, payment approval rate, chargeback rate, refund rate;
Suggesting and leading improvement projects;
Deep analysis of data, graphs, and spreadsheets;
Participating in regular meetings with merchants and presenting performance;
Producing presentations with key performance indicators;
Constantly interacting with other EBANX areas to resolve issues.

Main requirements for this position:

Reading, understanding, and analyzing data;
Experience with SQL and Queries;
Fluency in English.
