Treasury Senior Analyst

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, your mission will be to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the safeguarding of funds, with a strong focus on cash and liquidity management, while also helping with the global FX hedging strategies. This position will oversee the operations of EBANX Singapore and also support the operations in India and the African region.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure that our financial operations comply with the latest regulatory requirements and industry standards, contributing to the integrity and reliability of our financial processes;
  • Lead the process of reviewing and authorizing payments;
  • Establish and manage relationships with banks in Singapore and India;
  • Negotiate with banks new solutions and products for our operations, in alignment with HQ guidelines;
  • FX operations - execution of hedging operations and report to the HQ;
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize payment processes to maintain efficiency while ensuring all regulations are met, offering recommendations for operational improvements.

Main requirements for this position:

  • Solid experience in treasury, preferably in the banking or fintech sector;
  • Understanding of financial regulations and best practices;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for ensuring accuracy in every transaction;
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to negotiate with banks and other stakeholders;
  • A problem-solving attitude with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues;
  • Comfortable working independently while being an active part of a global team;
  • Previous experience in fintechs in the payments industry is a plus.
