As SR APAC Enterprise Performance Analyst, your mission will be work as an operational profession to support APAC merchants in post sales stages and achieve merchant success with your expertise.

You will also be responsible for:
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of all pillars of approval rates with a focus on MERCHANT: approval of acquirers, issuers, BINs, ISO Code, products, and divisions: CVV, Card Verify Pre Auth, and others, leveraging analytical tools to identify and address areas for enhancement.
  • Utilize advanced tools like SQL, Tableau, and Kibana to scrutinize platform metrics, and identify KPIs deviation to enhance performance in approval rate, chargeback, and refund rate.
  • Conducted effective technical troubleshooting during complex problems reported by merchant stakeholders, qualitative and quantitative analysis for relevant solutions and collaborate with cross-department teams to systematically resolve issues.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our payment products and services, applying this knowledge to drive merchant performance enhancements and monitor critical KPIs daily.
  • Constant evaluation of merchants’ checkouts, focusing on identifying UX improvements that result in increased approval rates
  • Maintain regular communication with merchant points of contact, and conduct periodic schedules with merchants, with a focus on presenting key results, performance improvement, and action plans;
  • Knowing merchant’s needs and pain points and regularly communicating with merchant POC for Operational and Performance topics;
  • Actively collaborate on product and project development initiatives, incorporating merchant feedback to influence enhancements.
  • Engage in cross-functional team collaborations to align service offerings with merchant needs and market trends.
Main requirements for this position:
  • Proven analytical prowess and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach;
  • Technical skills with independent troubleshooting excellence, identifying scattered issues to drive systematic enhancements;
  • Ability to manage multiple challenges, demonstrating accountability in varied scenarios;
  • Good to have experience with payment methods for Latam and emerging markets;
  • Effective communication skills, adept in both verbal and written formats;
  • Experience in presenting and conducting meetings;
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset;
  • Proficient in delivering presentations and leading meetings (storytelling skills);
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Fluency in English with excellent comprehension and expression.
