We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst in Curitiba to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers.

As a Infrastructure Analyst you will be responsible for:

Physically and remotely manage Windows Server servers
Manage Active Directory, MS Office 365, Azure and Google Workspace.
Network infrastructure (switches, routers, wifi, cabling etc.)
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Monitor, analyze and propose strategies to keep the operation healthy.
Integration with other areas of the company, Development teams and business areas to obtain more information on the implementation of new technologies.
Support solutions from the point of view of business and relationship with the IT areas, monitoring and managing the queue of the tickets, reducing service deadlines and raising the level of employee satisfaction.
Implement changes on the production environment, making sure the steps are followed and creating a rollback plan.
Backup of the environment.
Physical security systems.
Help the other verticals of the Corporate IT Team, such as user support and integration/automation.

Main requirements for this position:

Notions of applications and system integrations.
Experience with Infrastructure and Network.
Knowledge in Microsoft and MacOS environments.
Active Directory, Azure and Google Workspace.
Experience in troubleshooting.

What else would we like to see?

Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Basic knowledge of the IT business, IT Security
Intermediary English level.
