Job Title: Delivery Lead
Reports to: Delivery Manager
Location: London, ON (Hybrid 3x/week)
Key Relationships: Engineering, Data, Product
Job Purpose:
You’ll be working as a Delivery Lead, making a huge impact in the team and being an integral part of their cross functional delivery team. Working closely in an Scrum environment with the founders, Solution Architects, Developers, and Designers to help define and build solutions internally.
What you’ll do:
- Help teams keep track of the SDLC
- Facilitate communication within and outside the team
- Embedding agile values in a team
- Introduce change and improvements to ways of working
- Lead ceremonies as a diplomat
- Building clarity where there is ambiguity
- Protect team from external noise
- Partnering with EMs and PMs in a team to manage workload and team health
- Maintaining knowledge of teams product and features to help team execute against them
- Stakeholder engagement and expectation management on a daily basis
- Managing multiple incoming and outgoing dependencies
- Metrics and measuring success
Who you are:
- At least 3 years in similar role.
- At least 2 years working with Agile teams in any of the different frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, etc.).
- Familiar with the SDLC
- Strong soft skills.
- Good communicator.
- Strong people skills
- Excellent communicator and facilitator
- Problem solver
- Executer
- Technical background in software engineering or other tech roles is a plus.
