Job Title: N.O.C Team Lead (Network Operations Centre)
Reports to: Director of Engineering
Location: London, Taiwan, Remote
Key Relationships: Engineering, Support.
Job Purpose:
We're looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Network Operations Centre (NOC) Service Desk Manager who is passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do:

Set-up N.O.C. Team

Define N.O.C. processes on dealing with incoming issues
-
Line manager of N.O.C. Team
-
Recruitment, Training and Mentoring of N.O.C. team members
-
Determine Priority level of incoming issues
-
Work closely with App Support and DevOps teams on establishing procedures for issue handling steps
-
Establish processes on handling incoming technical issues
-
Build up a technical troubleshooting knowledge base
Who you are:
-
1- 2 years of experience working in a Technical Support team
-
2 years of experience as a team lead in any area
-
4 years working in a technology company
-
Experience with Jira Software and issue management
-
Some familiarity with Agile
-
Nice to have experience (not required but a bonus):
