This is an exciting opportunity to work closing with our Transaction Management team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running in our fast paced and fast growth company. They will be a key contributor to the success of the team and the company.


  • Review third party reports, property leases, and financial statements as part of the due diligence process
  • Assist with loan closings and procure needed closing items
  • Manage the property inspections schedule
  • Interface with agents and insurance carriers
  • Schedule, manage  and attend onboarding calls with clients
  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating our databases efficiently and effectively 
  • Assist with any and all administrative tasks regarding closings

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in as an Underwriting Assistant
  • Highly interested in the real estate market and the real estate transaction process 
  • Thrive under pressure and chaos
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Interested in growing in a long term opportunity with lots of growth potential
