About the company:

Easyknock is looking to reimagine the way homeowners look at their property. Many Americans are asset rich and cash poor, and much of their wealth is built into their home. We're allowing homeowners who previously didn't have access to the traditional capital markets an opportunity to tap their home equity without having to move.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and implement a target-focused business development strategy
  • Develop and build new business relationships via direct outreach such as phone, email and networking  
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to create new initiatives that drive enquiries and sales
  • Own the sales process: Client research, pitch management, pipeline management, sales optimization and reporting

Must have:

  • 3+ years business development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge and experience in the financial technology industry
  • Knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry a plus
  • Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience in a closing role - new business or account growth
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations
  • Ability to thrive and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
