Your Role with Us:

As our Indonesian speaking Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our retention strategy. You'll take charge of the marketing plan for your region, giving you the freedom to innovate and drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing efforts effectively resonate with the local audience, contributing significantly to our success in the market.

You'll develop and execute retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS, creating compelling copy and messaging that resonates with customers and reflects the unique nuances of the culture. Your focus will be on designing campaigns that engage customers at every stage of their lifecycle, with the ultimate goal of retaining them.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate all Indonesian-based communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Indonesian market.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant  market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets.
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base.
  • Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

What you will bring:

  • Retention marketing knowledge.
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments.
  • An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised. You know how to prioritise, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
  • Ability to manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Familiarity with EDM and other CRM marketing tools is desirable.
  • Knowledge of sports and related industries
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
