Senior VIP Host

As a Senior VIP Host, you will be responsible for managing an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. All your work will focus on delivering consistent and well thought out management to ensure your clients receive exceptional service within the industry. Continuously identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with key stakeholders to aid in increasing revenue.

Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients' individual experiences to head off potential issues before they arise. You will manage a portfolio of 300 client accounts.

Senior Hosts are responsible for actively assisting the VIP Manager & VIP Supervisors for recruitment and training purposes. Senior hosts work closely with the Manager to develop strategies to retain high value clients and contribute to team development.

What you will do: 

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high value clients to determine existing and future business needs
  • Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process and forming long-term partnerships with individuals
  • Actively and successfully manage the assigned accounts from start to finish including managing and maintaining your relationship, ensuring all enquiries are followed through
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your client base and collaborate with the VIP to ensure maximum growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analysis of client behaviours and overall value to the business
  • Make optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players
  • Collaborate with VIP Manager, Supervisor's and other Senior hosts to contribute to team development

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum 2-5+ years experience in customer success and/or account management
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
  • Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organisations
  • A focus on client relationships, ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities at a time, balancing client deliverables as well as internal obligations
  • The initiative to go above and beyond and act on opportunities in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPI targets week on week and month on month
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the quality of work produced; ensuring excellence and always seeking ways to improve output
  • Ability to motivate others and work efficiently and effectively within a team to achieve group goals and department objectives
  • Demonstrates empathy and understanding within the work environment - expressing opinions appropriately, listening to the message being delivered, and appropriately managing errors and possible conflicts
  • Drive and determination to continuously develop one's own skills and competencies to assist the continued/ongoing growth and success of Easygo

Desirable Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing 
  • Extensive experience in Gaming and/or wagering industry
  • Extensive Cryptocurrency knowledge
