Your role with us: 

As the first point of contact for new arrivals, you will represent Easygo in a public-facing customer service role, welcoming staff and visitors, ensuring their experience of the company is positive and that their business is handled in a timely and effective manner. The Receptionist role sits within the Workplace Experience Team working collaboratively towards continuous improvement of service levels at the Easygo office. You will be responsible for You will also help out our Talent Acquisition function with some admin tasks by sending out employee contracts, scheduling interviews, and meeting and greeting candidates coming in for interviews.

What you will do: 

  • Provide effective and friendly assistance to internal and external stakeholders upon arrival to the office.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and well-presented
  • Ensure visitors sign in on arrival in the reception area
  • Manage contractors attending on-site.
  • Manage mail & parcel distribution throughout the office. 
  • Assist with receiving, distributing, and storing deliveries.
  • Assist our Talent Acquisition function by doing some admin tasks by meeting and greeting candidates coming in for interviews, sending out contracts, and scheduling interviews.  
  • Work collaboratively with the Work-ex team to provide an outstanding experience for all Easygo employees and visitors to the office.
  • Work with the Workplace Experience Specialist to ensure the reception desk is covered at all times.
  • Manage the security pass system including new card creation, offboarding and maintaining stock levels of cards, covers, and lanyards.
  • Assist the Workplace Experience team with adhoc administrative tasks, fit out and events.
  • You will act as the main point of contact for the security team - handover at end of shift, on weekends and Mondays.

What you will bring:

  • You'll have experience in Customer Service or some experience in an admin role.
  • You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You’ll be well organised able to prioritise and manage your time effectively, and act transparently with those you work with.
  • You’ll enjoy problem-solving and enjoy the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Independent and confident.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable.
