Design Systems Designer

  • We are looking for a Design System Designer to join us and assist a number of teams working across a wide range of projects delivering some cutting-edge products in the online gaming and live-streaming industries.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust and scalable design system that supports our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create a consistent and intuitive user experience across our platforms. This role will also need to refactor the design systems we currently have in place.

What you will do: 

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive Design System that aligns with Easygo’s brand identity and user experience guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to gather requirements, understand design needs, and translate them into reusable components in Figma.
  • Assist in driving Design System initiatives and provide guidance across the business to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and guidelines for the Design System, including usage instructions and best practices.
  • Educate and train team members on proper implementation and usage of the Figma Design System.
  • Ensure thorough testing of Design System components to meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Design Systems, product design, and user experience.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance our Design System.

 

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product or UI design.
  • Extensive experience with Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tools, with proven experience creating and maintaining design systems for complex web and mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with component-based design systems and atomic design principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs 
  • A solid understanding of digital accessibility and creating inclusive experiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and help drive design systems initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify design system challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • An ability to showcase and demonstrate your design systems work, including design system components, style guides, and documentation.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Degree in Interaction Design, or relevant work experience.
