Who are you, and what will you do:
As our VIP customer service representative, you'll be the face of our online casino, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value players. We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can provide personalised attention and exceptional service to our VIP players. You should be able to build trust and rapport with our players, listen to their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You'll use your creativity and problem-solving skills to find new and innovative ways to keep our players engaged. And you'll engage with our players, building a sense of community and promoting a positive, fun-loving atmosphere.

As an online casino, all of our communication with our players is done through chat. You'll need to have excellent written communication skills and the ability to express empathy and understanding through chat. You'll also need to be able to handle multiple chat conversations at once while ensuring that each player gets the attention and assistance they need.

Please note that in this role our team works 6 days a week for 6 hours per day.
The hours are 9am - 2pm (office based) and 9pm-11pm (from home). You will have one weekend day off each week. The office is only open Mon-Fri so the weekend day that you do work, you will work from home that day. Yay!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a VIP Account Manager by building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP customers (sports and casino) across the Easygo brands.
  • Provide VIP customers with industry-leading customer service and gaming experience.
  • Articulating an extensive knowledge of our products which leads to resolving customer issues.
  • Monitor VIP customer behaviours, interests, and trends to ensure that customer expectations are met.
  • Engage with VIP players and at times other players including the chat room on site, email, Telegram and any additional platforms required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

You’re perfect for this role if:

  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
  • Australian work rights are preferred.
