What you will do:
As the Korean speaking language specialist on our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our launch in your market. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of the marketing strategy for your region, which means you'll have a lot of autonomy and room to innovate.
Once you have a solid understanding of the local landscape, you'll develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS. You'll use your language skills to create compelling copy and messaging that resonates with local players and reflects the unique nuances of the local culture.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all Korean based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
- Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability including creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
- Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Korean market
- Collaborate with the wider content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
- Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the Korean market
- Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base
- Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports
Requirements
You’re perfect for this role if you:
- Are fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken
- Have retention marketing knowledge
- Are a passionate team player with the ability to work with stakeholders across departments
- Have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Are detail-oriented and well organised. You know how to prioritise, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
- Can manage complexity and workload in order to progress with several tasks at a time.
It would be a bonus if you are also (desirable):
- Familiar with EDM & other CRM marketing tools
- Have Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Are Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
- Australian work rights are preferred.
