About the Position
If you're looking for a marketing role that directly impacts revenue at a fast-growing technology company, this is for you. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our direct marketing team, based in our New York City office, who is eager to learn about both B2B SaaS marketing and the world of HR software. You will join an agile and fast-paced environment and work with teams in multiple locations across the US all working toward the same goal.
Growing and maintaining our database of the nations insurance agencies
Responsible for handling leads from major industry events
Working with our Salesforce Specialist on improvements to internal lead tracking system
Maintaining prospect-focused content library depended on by national sales team
Setting up and executing direct marketing campaigns to nurture prospects
Maintaining social media posts through Hootsuite across three platforms that act as the social “voice” of the company
Monitoring info mailbox to analyze leads and ensure they are sent to appropriate owners
1-3 years of B2B sales or marketing experience, with a strong focus in lead generation
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
You're interested in learning about all aspects of demand generation from lead creation to closed and the process between
Worked with Salesforce or comparable CRM system
Working knowledge of Marketo, or other marketing automation software, a plus but not required
