About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Carrier Channel Sales Manager at Ease is a battle-tested sales team leader with the clout, stamina, and powers of influence to scale a proven sales channel into a multi-million dollar franchise. Urgent, entrepreneurial, and restlessly driven, the ideal candidate is not just a master of building high-velocity sales teams, but also a gifted business strategist whom calculates every line of attack—then executes flawlessly. This person is a mission-driven war machine whom leads from the front, inspires action, and demands excellence.
Achieve monthly and annual quota
Recruit, train, develop, and performance manage Account Executives to meet the company's growth plans and revenue targets
Identify and promote exceptional talent from within
Develop sales programs and processes to accelerate new hire speed-to-competency and ensure optimal revenue productivity
Build and bolster strategic alliance relationships, develop new revenue-generating partnerships, and grow the transactional sales funnel
Provide impeccable corporate visibility into the health of the sales team and Channel assignment, manage and report on key performance indicators, and periodically forecast team performance expectations and trends to Senior Leadership and Finance
Manage sales expense and headcount budget
Command multiple—often shifting—priorities in a high-pace environment
Be a visible, influential, and expert industry representative of the company, it's strategic partners, and its customers
Demonstrable track record of success leading a high-activity hunter sales team in a SaaS environment
Formal sales methodology training (e.g. Miller Heiman, SPI, Sandler)
High Salesforce competency
Benefits, Ben Admin or HCM sales experience
Inside, virtual or SDR sales team management experience is a plus
