Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join the B2B team to build EarnIn as a strong market presence in the Early Wage Access space. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the business and success from the ground-up as we become a B2B market leader. The ideal candidate has a proven history of developing and implementing innovative, sustainable outreach and sales strategies that deliver exceptional results. They are passionate about growing a business within an established organization and take pride in creating and nurturing sales processes.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and decision makers within key accounts. They will discover qualified opportunities by creating creative and large scale targeted outreach to prospects that build rapport and establish long-term relationships. The role will offer a balance of daily execution that you’ll find in most sales positions, as well as an opportunity to continuously improve and innovate on the sales strategy around outreach and market positioning. 

The US OTE salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets.

This position is hybrid, with two days a week in our Mountain View office.

What You'll Do:

  • New business development: Identify, target, and engage with prospective clients to expand EarnIn’s customer base.
  • Sales process management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from managing outbound campaigns (email, phone and LinkedIn) to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Relationship building: Build strong relationships with HR and Benefits decision-makers, showcasing the value of EarnIn’s solutions through outreach strategies and in-person conferences.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing, customer success, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Tools utilization: Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to identify prospects and enhance pipeline efficiency.
  • Performance metrics: Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including deals closed and usage rates of secured accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of proven sales performance, with experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise-sized organizations. Bonus if experience includes financial services or HR/benefits industry expertise.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client business models, markets, competitors, and identify opportunities to deliver value.
  • Proven ability to achieve results within multi-stakeholder environments, effectively navigating complex decision-making processes.
  • Self-starter capable of delivering exceptional results for both clients and the business, even with limited resources.
  • Data-driven thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling presentations and influencing executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to uncover enterprise client pain points and develop unique, ROI-focused value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline using metrics and qualitative feedback to prioritize opportunities and drive results.
  • Experience with Sales Tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach and Salesforce.
  • Strong executive presence with comfort engaging senior leadership decision-makers and building relationships at the highest levels.
  • Experience in start-up or fast-paced, competitive environments preferred.
