Position Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced fintech Senior Product Marketing  to join our growing team and have ownership over the commercial success of one of our company’s biggest product bets. This role will be responsible for defining the user journeys, developing marketing strategies and seeing them through to execution, and prioritizing work across teams. The ideal candidate is a highly inquisitive, organized, technically inclined, forward-thinking individual with a proven record in creating and driving clear, relevant and interesting messaging and go-to-market programs with impactful results. We are seeking people who are driven by collaborative and creative thinking and who are passionate about developing simple and innovative products that customers love.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000 - $198,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role is hybrid with expectation of working from our Palo Alto office at least 2 days per week. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop product value proposition narratives and go-to-market strategies for a range of new financial tech products
  • Influence product roadmaps by synthesizing market, customer and competitive insights, build audience segmentations and opportunity sizing.
  • Create customer feedback loops during the product and marketing development process to refine the product narrative and value proposition articulation.
  • Develop product value propositions, narratives, customer messaging, naming and external facing proof points.
  • Manage the go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches and then lead through channel experts to ensure execution and impact measurement. Track customer engagement and product adoption of new features by partnering with channel experts across in-product content, marketing, PR communications, customer service, in-market teams, and sales channels.
  • Identify internal product market fit tracking metrics; synthesize customer feedback to provide signal amidst the noise across the product life cycle: development, launch, and optimization / expansion. Build up the value proposition leveraging the voice of the customer to optimize product marketing messaging and to advise on product recommendations.
  • Define key metrics for success, and track progress against goals for the product launches and in-market growth adoption of existing products or services.
  • Act as a critical link to marketing, growth, PR, channel, and other functional  teams for marketing launches and a consistent consumer and brand experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with a passion for EarnIn’s mission of reimagining the way money moves to empower every person's potential
  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience and have led feature and large scale new product launches in tech or other related fields
  • Experience in B2C or D2C Product Marketing
  • Ability to build a strategy and roadmap of projects based on data analysis, market, and customer research.
  • Proven track record to think and act strategically while advising a point of view with detailed discovery and insightful analysis of relevant data.
  • Ability to distill complex issues down to a simple story and communicate effectively to different audiences (executive, technical, and marketing).
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and build a market around new concepts and ideas.
  • Have strong product instincts and technical curiosity that delivers clear positioning and messaging.
  • Have exceptional written, communication, and speaking skills.
  • Thrive in a cross functional environment and can effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
  • Prior Fintech experience preferred. Bonus points if coming from card or banking verticals.
