SAVINGS FUNDS – 13% CONTRIBUTION (EMPLOYEE & EMPLOYER)

  1. Both employees and the employer contribute an equal percentage per pay period.
  2. Funds are paid out twice a year, in June and December.

PANTRY VOUCHERS – 9%

  1. Pantry vouchers are deposited on the 20th of each month.
  2. If the 20th falls on a weekend, the funds are deposited the Friday before.

CHRISTMAS BONUS

  1. Employees will receive the equivalent of 25 days’ worth of salary their first year (or a proportionate amount based on hire date).
  2. After completing one year of service, employees are eligible for the full 30 days.

VACATION PREMIUM – 40% FIRST YEAR, UP TO 75%

  1. Paid once an employee reaches one year of service.
  2. Starts at 40% of salary and increases by 5% annually, up to a maximum of 75%.

ANNIVERSARY BONUS – 10 DAYS OF BASE SALARY

  1. Employees receive a bonus equivalent to 10 days of salary on their work anniversary.
  2. Example:
    a. Monthly salary: $30,000 MXN
    b. Daily salary: $30,000 ÷ 30 = $1,000 MXN
    c. Anniversary bonus: $1,000 × 10 = $10,000 MXN

QUARTERLY BONUS – UP TO 2.5% OF ANNUAL INCOME

  1. Employees are evaluated on department-specific performance metrics every quarter.
  2. Bonus eligibility is based on results.

VACATION DAYS (PAID TIME OFF – PTO)

  1. After completing one year of service, employees receive 12 PTO days.
  2. For the first five years, employees accrue two additional days per year.
  3. From the sixth year onward, employees accrue two additional days every five years, up to a maximum of 32 days as per statutory requirements.

Insurance Benefits
MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE (EMPLOYEE, SPOUSE, AND KIDS)

  • Provided through MetLife.
  • Covers the employee, spouse (marriage certificate required), and children.

LIFE INSURANCE

  • Life insurance is administered through AXA and is only available for the employee.

Leave Benefits
MARRIAGE OR BEREAVEMENT (3 DAYS)

  • Employees with at least two months of service are eligible for up to three days of paid leave for:
  • The death of an immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, in-law, sibling, grandparent, or legal guardian).
  • Marriage leave eligibility applies to employees getting married.
  • Additional leave may be approved with supervisor approval using available paid leave.
