For the past year, Dynamo has been working to create a revolutionary mortgage product: a digital mortgage journey that enables you to remortgage your property online. In short, we’re rebuilding the entire remortgage process around our customers.

We launch in early 2018. But we aren’t newcomers. Dynamo is building on 25 years of mortgage experience. We’re a partnership between the UK’s largest mortgage broker, Countrywide, and the UK’s leading digital venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Reviewing, updating tracking and monitoring of cases
  • Provide key facts Illustrations along with other documentation to clients and other stakeholders as required
  • Dealing with incoming correspondence from clients, lenders, partners
  • Ensuring acceptance of terms and mortgage offers are received promptly and checking against application data and/or KFI
  • Analysing customer applications and making recommendations
  • Self Processing AIPs and Apps
  • Dealing with incoming correspondence from clients, lenders, partners

The Candidate

  • Ideally CeMAP level 1 with an appetite to complete levels 2 and 3 within 6 months
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong team ethos
  • Passionate about providing a great customer experience

Case Managers joining Dynamo will be given all the guidance and training they need to naturally progress to the role of Mortgage Advisors. There may also be the opportunity to act as a Mortgage Advisor as demand dictates prior to that natural progression providing the chance to gain valuable experience and exposure seldom found within less dynamic firms.
