Dynamis is seeking a Real Property Portfolio Manager to provide direct support and operations management for the ICE Facilities Management Support Contract. The Real Property Portfolio Manager will provide oversight, coordination, and support for high level strategic real estate programs across the ICE enterprise. The Portfolio Management Lead will be the primary point of contact for the customer. The Portfolio Management Lead should be aware of, understand, and abide by DHS and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices as well as have an in-depth understanding of federal facilities requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities:
Advise contract team leads and clients on all aspects of real estate projects, including conceptual design, development, value and risk assessments, and available funding mechanisms
Recommend and implement strategies, prioritization of efforts, for a best value of real estate transactions for the government
Provide innovative ideas to optimize land and facilities, and identify potential gains in operational efficiencies from more effective utilization of facilities and land
Support clients on all aspects of real estate business work, to include (but not limited to) reports, meetings, assessments
Support client with the Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs) process
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
Participate in on-site assessments of property operations
Assist in client training sessions
Maintain and report facility data in TRIRIGA and SharePoint.
Travel, as needed (up to 25%) to potential site visits and strategic locations
Requirements:
U.S. citizenship
Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in the field of business, engineering, or architecture.
Ability to obtain ICE suitability (current ICE or DHS suitability is preferred)
Seven (7) years of experience managing programs/projects similar to the areas identified for this role.
Ten (10) years of supervisory experience.
Seven (7) years of federal asset and facilities management experience.
Five (5) years of experience in managing programs with complex facility projects, budgets, and processes.
Three (3) years of experience with advanced data analytics tools.
The Project Management Lead shall be versed in computer programs such as RPMS, TriRiga and Microsoft suite
Must be able to obtain and maintain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent institution.
