Dynamis is seeking a Protective Force Subject Matter Expert to support the National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) operational and technical support services of the Office of Defense Nuclear Security (NA-70). This position will either support the Washington, DC or Germantown, MD onsite office.
DOE Top Secret, DOE Q or DoD Top Secret clearance is required for this position.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 15 years of experience working with NNSA, DOE, and/or DoD nuclear weapons, critical nuclear weapon components, or special nuclear material protective forces or security forces.
Expert knowledge with implementing DOE Order 473.2A (as amended), Protective Force Operations.
Strong working knowledge of NNSA Business Operating Procedure (BOP)-001, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (PPBE) Process, and OMB Circular A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget
Strong communication skills both oral and written with proven experience as a staff officer at a federal agency or military service.
Current DOE Q or Top Secret clearance, or DoD Top Secret clearance
Preferred:
Experience as a special nuclear material, critical nuclear weapon components, and/or nuclear weapons protective force or security force leader, inspector, or evaluator.
Experience as a Protective Force program manager within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) HQ or at one of NNSA’s field sites.
Hybrid work environment is expected; however, onsite work is likely also required for multiple days on a weekly basis.
Travel is expected approximately 20% of duty time.
