RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews.
Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process to ensure a great candidate experience.
Partner with various team members on ad hoc projects i.e.: Recruiting, People, Office and Business Operations, as necessary.
Provide Recruiting support by helping with sourcing.
Provide People support by helping with new hire onboarding, etc.
Provide Office support by managing our office in San Francisco.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Shifts tasks and priorities based on hiring and business needs
Incredible organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
