Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to work alongside our major automotive client, in support of their vehicle discount programs.  You will work closely with the internal client’s incentive team and other agency partners as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Run specific deliverables or assignments or projects through a complete life cycle, independently or with little guidance, delivering on time, on budget and flawlessly, including program wrap-up and archiving
  • Client facing representative for managing all elements of core scope assignments/projects
  • Key liaison for sponsorship account work and asset optimization
  • Update status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of program elements
  • Assist client team with managing various deliverables on all experiential initiatives
  • Eventually demonstrate subject matter expertise within specific areas of projects
  • Be able to master the purchasing and contractual process for renewal programs, as well as other required processes such as vehicle coordination, insurance, T&E
  • Build trust with clients through timely, accurate, and responsive communications, managing communications in a proactive way with a sense of urgency
  • Start to advise, guide and counsel clients on solutions to their needs; lead client conversations as appropriate
  • Strong understanding of eligibility behind discount programs and retail incentive programs

What we require:

  • 2- 3 years’ experience supporting events, marketing, promotions, sales, or similar activities preferred
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication (written & oral) skills
  • Willing to travel up to 30% and work weekends, if necessary 
  • Team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter who can build great client relationships
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments at once, utilizing highly efficient time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Agency and/or automotive experience is a plus
