WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a superstar Associate (Account Executive) to play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our account team. You will manage various projects from brief to execution for our top-tier retail client and create experiences that connect with consumers and customers. The Associate should be highly organized, driven and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Establish effective relationships across various constituents―agency and clients
  • Support multiple teams, clients and projects, navigating both new and veteran accounts
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives utilizing all required agency and client processes
  • Develop and communicate relevant job information to team members across departments (e.g., creative briefs, production request forms, functional required documentation for digital and social initiatives)
  • Traffic creative through client med-legal portal and through agency production; deploy creative to appropriate vendors
  • Assist in managing the agency creative and production status report and client status report based on prioritized deadlines
  • Analyze marketing program results into actionable takeaways, providing quarterly report
  • Oversee community management for client’s social media channels (e.g., Facebook and Instagram)
  • Stay informed of the marketing initiatives of client’s key competitors, providing quarterly report of findings; become a category expert
  • Stay informed of the ever-changing landscape of social (i.e., primarily Facebook and Instagram)
  • Successfully participate in the management of project financials, including project reconciliation
  • Create estimates and purchase orders that comply with client fee structure
  • Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
  • Supporting Momentum’s Values
  • All other duties as assigned

 
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 1+ years of agency experience preferred
  • Previous experience trafficking creative (including social)
  • Previous experience in social marketing (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Polished, professional demeanor, project confidence and enthusiasm for the business
  • Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
  • Proven to be exceptionally well-organized with a gold-standard in attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects.
  • Proactive with ambition to work ahead as well as the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
