  3. You’re social at heart – You obsess over social media, platforms, content, and content makers; you love data, especially deciphering what it says about people who make and consume it. You keep up with the latest social everything and want to know why it matters.
  4. You’re a writer and a storyteller – You notice our brand world in ways other don’t and want to write about it in compelling ways that solve problems and spark ideas.
  5. You’re not defined by one thing – You may have other interests or specialties and you’re eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  6. You love this stuff – You feed off the energy and ideas of others, and you’re excited by the prospect of working in an environment that demands creative collaboration.

The Brooklyn Brothers is always learning, but here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

  1. Brand Strategy – A track record of using a variety of inputs to develop research-driven strategies and thought-provoking ideas to solve brand problems and compel people to act.
  2. Brief Writing & Comms Plans – The ability to turn strategy into concise and inspiring creative briefs and effective communications plans.
  3. Presentation Skills – Experience developing and presenting decks with an informed POV that are thoughtfully-researched, thought-provoking, and concise.
  4. 4. Social-led – Comfortable with social strategies and content, influencer marketing, understanding best practices as well as nascent trends, AI, research and social listening tools, and the ability to put social thinking at the heart of big ideas.
  5. 5. Self-starter – The confidence to own a project from beginning-to-end and act as a trusted client partner and team collaborator.
  6. 6. Kindness & Respect – Because we spend too much time with each other, on screens and in-person, not to be nice. Your ideas are amplified by the opinions of your colleagues and the diverse agency culture you push forward.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
