The Role

We are growing rapidly and, to scale, need to grow our Sales Operations team to set our sales strategies and increase sales productivity. The primary responsibility for this role is to build, manage, and analyze data from our sales tools. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Systems teams and become the subject matter expert on reporting from our suite of sales tools. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards surrounding forecasting, sales activity, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify key sales process roadblocks and work within the Sales Operations team to propose and implement solutions
  • Salesforce data hygiene monitoring, management, training and troubleshooting
  • Ad Hoc Salesforce and Hubspot report and dashboard generation
  • Help our sales teams hit their goals by serving as their primary point of contact for systems and building long-lasting relationships
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product leadership to identify and prioritize the highest impact projects that help us grow our revenue

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an Sales Operations role with a B2B tech company 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Salesforce and Hubspot administration and reporting experience
  • Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment
  • Track record of coming up with creative solutions to complicated problems
  • A passion for learning new systems and skills
  • A detail focused mindset
