Overview:

We are a dynamic and vibrant Sales Development team actively expanding in Asia,  North America & Europe. Your job will be to accelerate Duetto’s rapid global growth by generating qualified meetings for our sales teams in EMEAe. You’ll do this by sharing the results we deliver and educational content we have with hotel executives through phone calls, email, and other channels.

This is a chance to be on the front lines of driving innovation and change in hospitality tech.

Responsibilities :

  • Create interest in Duetto’s products and services via phone, email, LinkedIn correspondence, and direct mail and video channels.
  • Perform qualification and discovery with prospects to identify business pains as well as ideal scenarios. Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Run the entire sales proccess and close your own deals 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive a value based sales process, which will include account mapping, defining organizational power base, and identifying proof points.
  • Prospect & research to enable the most effective sales outreach for yourself and the sales team. Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Build & execute cadences via our Groove sales engagement platform to help streamline and make work more efficient.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to prepare and execute Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Represent Duetto at industry events such as conferences, seminars, hosted events, customer meetings, etc.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Ability to close deals with speed and finesse
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Groove
  • Multiple languages beneficial, German or French is a must, both would be ideal
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment, both independently and as part of a strong team
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of cold calls each day
  • You have the appetite and willingness to learn the sales process from initiation to close
  • You have a ‘hunter’ mentality to do whatever it takes to get into and win an account
  • You have the tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • You’re energetic, self-motivated and driven to succeed
