Role Summary: We're seeking an Exchange Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in developing
high-performance, scalable, and reliable web applications for trading platforms and exchanges. This role
is ideal for someone passionate about applying their technical expertise to create a groundbreaking
compute exchange that revolutionizes the industry.


Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain the front-end, middleware and back-end components of The Compute
Exchange platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
● Collaborate with the exchange lead, designers, and other engineers to implement new features,
optimize performance, and enhance the platform's functionality.
● Design and implement robust APIs and data pipelines to facilitate the integration of the
exchange with various internal and external systems.
● Optimize the platform for scalability and throughput, ensuring the exchange can handle high
volumes of transactions and market data.
● Implement and maintain security measures to protect the exchange and its users from potential
threats and vulnerabilities.
● Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability
and reliability of the exchange platform.
● Monitor the exchange's performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to
improve efficiency and scalability.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and
exchange technologies, and incorporate them into the platform as appropriate.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in developing high-performance, scalable web applications for trading
platforms or exchanges, using modern web front-end and back-end technologies.
● Strong proficiency in front-end development using TypeScript and React, experience with
Tailwind and Next is preferred.
● Ability to contribute to backend development using Go or Rust.
● Solid understanding of distributed systems and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
● Experience with real-time data processing, WebSocket communication, and high-throughput
systems design.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g.,
Docker, Kubernetes).
● Knowledge of security best practices, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and secure
coding principles.
● Experience with observability tooling (LGTM: Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Minir).
● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and
identify areas for improvement.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
● Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions and a commitment to writing clean,
maintainable, and well-documented code.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. Base salary is only a portion of total compensation, which may also include variable compensation and/or benefits.
