Position Overview:

DRW is seeking a Counterparty Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The CLM Product Owner will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our counterparty management solutions, managing the end-to-end CLM lifecycle workflow. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, trading, operations, and compliance, to ensure that our CLM systems meet the evolving needs of the business and regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating strategic vision into actionable tasks and overseeing their execution to ensure successful delivery and realization of business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of CLM: Own the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the counterparty lifecycle management platform. Ensure that the platform meets business objectives and regulatory requirements by overseeing its development, implementation, and maintenance.
  2. Strategic Vision Development and Execution: Develop and execute the strategic vision for counterparty lifecycle management solutions.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  4. Prioritization: Prioritize features, enhancements, and tasks to ensure that the development team is working on the most valuable items that align with business objectives.
  5. User Story Definition: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and acceptance criteria.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of counterparty lifecycle management, including onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Basic understanding of software development processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability.
