Global Head of Education & Training

DRW is seeking a Global Head to optimize and manage all learning strategies and programs across the firm. 

What you’ll do:

  • Assume ownership of and centralize all Learning programs across the organization.
  • Work with Executive Committee, Partners and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and then create / re-create substantive programs that align with those needs.
  • Facilitate all internal and external programs, including:
    • Executive / management leadership and development.
    • University hire education program.
    • Technology training.
    • New manager Training.
    • Assist with organizational health and development initiatives.
  • Improve upon an existing culture of learning for a firm that has always underscored the importance of continuing education.
  • Coordinate and then track all internal and external courses, conferences etc. as to organize and, when appropriate, redeploy these skillsets across the organization.

What you’ll need:

  • An advanced degree in STEM or Learning.
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • An innovative and flexible approach to continuing education.
  • Experience supporting highly analytical stakeholders, keen ability to deploy data-driven approaches to solving problems.
  • Ability to continually research and evaluate new programs and vendors as to stay current with trends in the marketplace such that we can quickly deploy bespoke solutions when necessary.
  • Substantive track record in designing and delivering learning programs for a brand name organization(s).
  • Deep understanding of Technology training need and programs (both internal and external).

Bonus Points:

  • Proven track record in a similar role with a Trading or FInTech organization.
