About the Team
DriveWealth’s Global Strategy and Business Operations team collaborates closely with executive management to define and execute key strategic initiatives, driving growth and supporting strategic transactions. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this team is composed of skilled professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, tech, and finance, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to each project. Following our recent Series D fundraise, which valued DriveWealth at $2.85B, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to join a dynamic team during a period of hyper-growth and play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s future.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and executives to drive high-impact projects, including the preparation of quarterly board materials and monthly financial and KPI reports
- Develop, enhance, and maintain strategic financial models to guide business decisions and align with company priorities
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis by tracking earnings releases, key metrics, and market movements of public competitors, managing a comprehensive public comparables database
- Support strategic initiatives, including investments, partnerships, M&A, and other high-priority corporate development activities, managing projects from evaluation through execution
- Produce bi-weekly business reports for the executive team, curating critical industry insights, earnings updates, and competitor analyses that shape strategic decision-making
- Leverage data and industry knowledge to identify new strategic opportunities and contribute to long-term planning and forecasting efforts
What You'll Need
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking
- Proficiency in financial modeling with a proven ability to develop, own, and explain complex models in Excel
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
- A curious and analytical mindset, paired with the ability to think strategically and dive into details as needed
- Synthesizing information and forming well-reasoned, independent judgments
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive culture

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
