About the role
DriveWealth is seeking a summer intern to join our operations team. This internship will rotate through the different operations departments, providing the opportunity to experience the criticality of a successful operations department within a growth-stage start-up.
As the operations intern, you will be accountable for independent projects while shadowing different professionals, allowing you to learn by doing and seeing. Through the rotational format, you will step into many different roles, mimicking the cross-functional nature while gaining working experience!
What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day functions of the Operations business
- Assist with the new partner onboarding process, including documentation and data analytics
- Reconcile and verify account activity and research as needed
- Participate in efforts to improve efficiencies and create process optimization within the Operations business
- Build synchronizations between Operations and Technology
- Learn and generate workflow setups with Reconciliation reports
- Streamline workflow and data processes across the platforms
- Assist Operations with tasks related to maintaining processes, procedures, and internal file and document management
What You’ll Need
- Interest in starting a career in operations
- Interest in working in a fast-paced growth-stage fintech start-up with an emphasis on engineering (APIs specifically), technology, finance, and operations
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Python & SQL
- Relevant academic, project-based, or internship experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Curiosity and a desire to learn
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- Excitement for teamwork and building relationships
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must reside in the NY-metro area; relocation support will not be provided
- Must be available from Monday, June 2, 2025, to Friday, August 15, 2025

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
