As a Conversation Development Representative, you will engage live with Drift site visitors. You have a single mission, to help people buy and become better marketers and sales professionals. In this role you will be measured by two key metrics number of meetings booked and the quality of the conversations. We want to provide an experience for our future customers that can not be found anywhere else in the world and you will establish how we get there.
What you’ll be doing at Drift:
Serve all Drift prospects and customers by providing white glove chat engagement on Drift.com
Support our sales team by routing prospective customers through Drift and connecting them with our team of experts
Work closely with Sales Leadership to create engagements that delight customers, and set up relationships that will last
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of booked meetings and qualified opportunities, and close transactional business
Manage, track, and report on all activities and results
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Drift’s product suite, industry trends and competition
Put the customer at the center of everything you do
About you and what type of skills you’ll need:
Must be extremely customer centric, service oriented and sales minded
Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology fast
Exceptional written communications skills
The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment
1-2 years of work experience in customer-centric roles
