We are looking for a Portfolio Quality Officer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Portfolio Quality Officers are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the strength of our loan portfolio in accordance with repayment agreements and all collection efforts. Our Portfolio Quality Officers help maintain DreamSpring's financial capacity to serve small businesses and help entrepreneurs stay on solid financial footing. 

 

Portfolio Quality Officers:

  • Execute and perform effective collection efforts on all past due accounts;
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and attentive resource for clients who may be struggling with repayment;
  • Maximize portfolio quality and minimize related loss;
  • Provide a sense of validation, connection and warmth in every client interaction; and
  • Enthusiastically uphold DreamSpring’s organizational values of passion, pioneering spirit, integrity, excellence and accountability.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong communication skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience in finance, or business in a collections or portfolio management roll preferred;
  • Must be comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and by email;
  • Superb interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and results; and
  • English/Spanish fluency preferred.
