Overview

As Finance Manager, you'll ensure our management company continues to run smoothly as we scale, with an opportunity to exhibit and hone your operational finance skills on a global scale. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly consolidation of management group accounts
  • Forecast cashflow and variance analysis on a timely basis
  • Prepare intercompany invoicing including subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Provide the reimbursement of fund expenses on a quarterly basis
  • Manage indirect cost allocation and revenue recognition
  • Manage external audit and statutory reporting
  • Open bank/exchange/custodian accounts for the management group companies
  • Process all vendor payments for the management group as well as maintain invoice tracker
  • Maintain proper internal documentation
  • Lead invoice platform implementation
  • Provide support for tax filing
  • Enhance internal control and mitigate operation risk

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant with 5+ years in asset management
  • CPA or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Chinese 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with automation experience
  • Ability to autonomously multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization, delegation, and communication skills
  • An inclination towards proactive and independent learning
  • Attention to detail
  • Low ego, high cultural and emotional sensibilities, and the ability to work effectively with diverse personality types internationally
  • Located in (or willing to relocate to) Singapore, with the ability to work from our Singapore office

  • Prior experience working in crypto

Note: The general salary range for this role is $88k-132k USD, although we will pay commensurate to experience.
