Your challenge
Your main responsibility will be to develop tools for analysis and modeling of the bank's financial information, profitability analysis, business follow-up through reporting, and focus on automation and data exploitation using the available technological tools.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, define, monitor, and advice on business and product KPIs and metrics along with different teams
- Responsible for the delivery of business analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Responsible for managing data requests from business stakeholders; can understand business change needs and assess the impact of those changes
- Working closely with different stakeholders (e.g. Operation, Business, Product, etc.) to develop analyses that lead to actionable business or product insights
- Research the market landscape and analyze data to generate insights on the country performance
- Use data to explain new business developments and the root cause behind issues
- Responsible for the delivery of advanced analytics, reporting and BI applications
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in a Business Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role
- Capable of handling details and have the ownership to the task is a must
- Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, R or Python
- Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool (Datastudio, Tableau, Qlick, PowerBI, etc.)
- Quick learner, be sensitive to numbers, have strong data analysis skills
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
- Entrepreneurial spirit; positive, team-player and energetic attitude
- An Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or Management is a plus
- Native or fluent English language is a MUST; Spanish knowledge is a plus
- Great interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and responsibilities
