Does the challenge of creating a cross-platform, live service, 3rd person shooter in Unreal Engine excite you? As a Localization manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of our game in various languages to the worldwide audience. Your day-to day tasks will encompass both managerial part with the cross-teams cooperation (localization managers, translators, developers) and technical hands-on work on integrating localized pieces into the game.

What will you do?
- Own localization of the entire project: from the planning phase down to the integration into the game and post-release support.
- Maintain Project glossary along with the global Localization team ensuring consistency in terminology both inside and outside the game.
- Define and improve localization pipelines depending on the language, volume and project goals.
- Become the go-to person for the stakeholders from both the development side and localization managers.
- Take charge of the technical implementation: export texts, process the strings, create diff files, upload ready texts into the game, and conduct basic testing.
- Analyse localization bugs, monitor and handle their fixing.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in localization management with preferrable background in the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of localization concepts, methodologies, tools and assets.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading content localization across multiple languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
