What you'll do

DV is looking for a strategic Client Insights Analyst with proven experience finding stories in data to join our Analytics team. In this role you will work closely with the Client Services, Marketing, and Sales teams to support a blue-chip client roster. DV is uniquely positioned in the industry offering unparalleled exposure to top-tier clients across verticals, industry-wide trends, and working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

  • Own reporting and analytics deliverables for top DV accounts
  • Client facing in communication and presentations
  • Provide strategic insights for quarterly business reviews, monthly campaign analysis and other sales and client support activities
  • Identify data stories that showcase the value of DV services for clients and prospects
  • Build & present ROI models supporting our value analyses
  • Pull raw data for ad hoc and regular analyses; translate raw data into usable takeaways and actionable insights
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the company including proactively identifying case studies and trends
  • Add value to account relationships and help use data to upsell and increase client stickiness

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (College coursework in statistics, information technology, computer science, business and/or marketing)
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical capacity (research, data & analytics, or insights preferred)
  • 1+ year experience in the digital media/marketing or ad tech space
  • Curious, self-starter and an analytical mind - not afraid to ask questions
  • Excel and PowerPoint pro - you can do VLOOKUP in your sleep, are a pivot whiz, and can't get enough of shortcuts!
  • Familiarity with digital data - big data doesn't scare you
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights to different audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Experience finding interesting, actionable insights within vast data sets to tell a story

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital agency or ad tech experience
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
  • Client facing experience a plus (presenting & reporting)

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000 - $101,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
