Position Overview:

As an Account Executive at dot.cards, you will play a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of our new B2B subscription platform. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, clearly articulate the value of our solutions, and close deals that align with our strategic goals. You will have the opportunity to sell to business leaders across a wide range of industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and valuable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling, to generate and nurture leads.
  • Leverage our sales tech stack to manage and qualify inbound leads efficiently, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' challenges and goals.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that highlight the benefits and ROI of our solutions, addressing specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and customers in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date sales activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Implement strategies to accelerate the sales cycle, optimize conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team, informing product development and enhancements based on real-world insights.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within the mid-market segment.
  • Strong bias for action with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage the sales process effectively.
