For our members, we remove the hassle & frustration of securing that perfect reservation.

In this role, you will:

  • Design graphic assets for social media, print, digital marketing, and in-app promotions in collaboration with Dorsia creative and marketing teams
  • Design sales and partnership assets, including one-pagers and presentations, in collaboration with Dorsia business development teams
  • Work closely with the creative and design team to create and manage existing templates for assets
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos and animations to engage and educate Dorsia members and partners
  • Support senior designers to develop, hone, and adhere to the Dorsia design system and visual brand guidelines
  • Work with the creative team to generate campaign ideas for various Dorsia events, membership initiatives, and marketing activations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work meets business objectives and brand guidelines
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction and feedback to other team members
  • Be prepared to rapidly iterate with internal stakeholders on creative assets

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience in graphic design, motion design, digital art, or a related field
  • Strong visual design skills and taste for content
  • Strong plus for experience with motion design, animation, video editing, and photography
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven experience developing and implementing creative strategies and protocols
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Experience with content management systems and/or digital asset management systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in art, design, or a related field
  • Must be able to work from Miami in a full time capacity (40 hours/week)
  • Experience working in fast-paced and iterative environments
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating experience in graphic design and motion graphics for diverse channels

Work Location:

This role is located fully onsite Miami office and initially will be a 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend
